The place was clean and stylish. The staff at the reception desk were pleasant and absolutely kind. The breakfast was perfect. The food was fabulous. Our standard room with a balcony had an incredible sea view.

We were there for 6 days, everything was very good, appreciated its perfect location near to 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the main beach of Zlatni Rat and Bol centre/harbour and Zlatni Rat beach...

The proximity to the beach was brilliant and the view of the sea from our balcony was lovely. Breakfast selection and quality brill. Staff very helpful
You've not got much chance of getting beds by the pool unless you're up early to put towels out. This meant we didn't use the pool as in the evening when we returned from the beach the beds we're still saved!

Hotel is 100 meters from the beach and the location is excellent for windsurfing. It's almost guaranteed to have windy conditions after 11 am until 6 pm. Food is affordable and good quality. No mosquitos ! Hotel is surrounded by pine trees.
Rooms are rather small compared to more recent hotels in Croatia. Some rooms with "sea side" do not mean " sea view", specially those on 2-3 floor - the sea view is hidden by the trees. During our stay, the hotel agreed to replace our room with one on the 5th floor with see view at no additional cost.

Helpful and friendly staff and a location to die for. Nice pool and good food. Bol and Zlatni Rat beach are simply stunning.
Bar by pool only served food at quite limited times. Would be great if bar food was always available when bar was open for drinks.

The hotel is clean and fairly large. the staff is welcoming. - the location is great and easy to walk to Zlatni Rat and other gorgeous beaches. - They offer incredible, brand-new rooms with AC and balconies.

The Borak is in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Zlatni Rat or Bol. We loved the pool and also used the facilities at the Elephusa next door. The staff are fantastic, we're a young couple but is it also excellent for families with children. Spotlessly clean hotel and a great choice of food.
